Abstract
本研究では、道路脇に設置された固定式視線誘導柱の金属パイプに小鳥が営巣しているかどうかをサーマルイメージングカメラで検出することを試みた.結果的に,赤外線カメラだけで鳥の巣の有無を検出することは困難であった.一方で,気温に応じた様々な営巣基質と5種の鳥の表面温度についての情報を得ることができた.
Translated Abstract
In this study, we attempted to detect whether small birds were nesting in the metal pipes of snow poles installed on the side of a road using a thermal imaging camera. Consequently, it was difficult to detect the presence of a bird nest using only a thermal imaging camera. On the other hand, we obtained information on the surface temperature of various nests including several materials and five bird species depending on air temperature.
