A Study on Trial Manufacture of Optical Spectrometer by Application of He-Ne Laser

Abstract

Several optical spectrometers made by application of Laser have already reported and have a tendency to be put to practical use. But there are many questions left unsettled. We here illuminate the questions by experiment toward the completion of the device and at the same time introduce the device.
