Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of physical fitness and motor ability at various athletes. Thirty test items, which were selected out of the areas of physique, physical fitness, and motor ability were administered to 153 team men. Track and Field (except Track events), Rowing, and Volley Ball teams showed the better shape of balance on motor ability, and also better at motor ability itself. Swimming, Wrestring (68.82kg), Gymnastics and Archery teams showed the good shape of balance on motor ability, but a little inferior to the previous three teams in motor ability. Fencing and Equestrian Sports showed the poor shape of balance on motor ability.
