Transient Analayzer for inverter fault current have been developed using cyclic intermittent gate pulses for inverter and rectifier. By this way we can easily obtain transient phenomenon of inverter and in this paper we shoes five patterns of fault condition.

The analysis of the reflection coefficients and the transmission coefficients on slit-type structures is very important for the design of breakwater. In the last paper we reported the results of some measurements on vertical square piles. This time we tried a few experiments using the vertical circular piles in order to research the flow characteristics of slit-type structures. The strongest relation is observed between transmission coefficient and wave steepness as well as on the square piles. Therefore, this paper discribes the analysis of transmission coefficients with the theory of small amplitude waves. Based upon the results of the experiments, a computation formula of transmission coefficients has been prepared. The experimental data of transmission coefficients almost coincide with the theoretical curve.

Results of a detailed investigation of the emission characteristics of the coumarin dye 4-Methylumbelliferone (4-MU) are presented. Tunable laser emission from 435 to 510 nm has been observed from various solvate forms of 4-MU. The dye solution was transversely pumped by a nitrogen laser at 337.1 nm. The laser behavior of the Rhodamine 6 G-4-MU dye system is studied by measurements of the spectra for dye mixtures. It is found that most of the pump energy absorbed by the 4-MU is transferred to the Rhodamine 6 G as useful pump power.

The purpose of this study was to know the differences of the Vertical Velocity, Horizontal Velocity, Angle of Projection and Distance of the three phases in the triple jump during approach run at various speeds. Two subjects (who were a middle trained jumper of 18 years old, and a little trained jumper of 16 years old) were employed in this experiment. Takeoff angle of projection of the Hop, Step, Jump and vertical velocity of the Step phase tended to gradually decrease according to the increase the length of the approach run. Jumping distance for each horizontal velocity in the Step phase was shortest. And difference of the rate detween distance ratio of the Hop and distance ratio of the Step was longer in beginner than trained. Record jump analysis of the triple jump, especialy closely related to the Hop phase was increase according to the increase the length of the approach run. And relative length of the Jump Phase was longer in case of the short length of the approach run. The rate by (A) Jumping Distance to (B) Jumping Distance per Horizontal Velocity, were about equal rate in the Step phase, (A)>(B) in the Hop phase, and (A)<(B) in the Jump phase.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of physical fitness and motor ability at various athletes. Thirty test items, which were selected out of the areas of physique, physical fitness, and motor ability were administered to 153 team men. Track and Field (except Track events), Rowing, and Volley Ball teams showed the better shape of balance on motor ability, and also better at motor ability itself. Swimming, Wrestring (68.82kg), Gymnastics and Archery teams showed the good shape of balance on motor ability, but a little inferior to the previous three teams in motor ability. Fencing and Equestrian Sports showed the poor shape of balance on motor ability.
