Abstract

CdTe films were prepared by the simultaneous evaporation of Cd and Te using one source. Then they were annealed at 550℃. The films obtained were photoconductive and oriented from (220) to (111) as the quantity of phosphorus increased in the evaporation. Activation energies, independent of doped phosphorus, measured from the desk current were 0.54〜0.61 eV.
