The generating mechanism of many earthquakes assumed that a jam of the plate which appears and moves to a mantle was the cause, and explored the unique relation about the focus near a boundary. However, since compensation of the shortage of data and data was inadequate, the result to desire was not obtained. Then, the prediction processing is mainly reported.
