The rehabilitation training as used in this study is mainly to improve physical muscular strength balance,rather than muscular strength, this is called power rehabilitation. If the body's balance is improved even without a strenuous muscular workout, the normal muscular strength needed for living,could be accomplished. In addition, it became clear it is an effective care prophylactic and there was little danger because most activities were light balance training and improvement of muscular strength could be expected.
