Abstract
Value at loss of transmission line appears as measurement thin film surface resistance. This factor is skin depth and surface resistance participated conductivity. This research is shows skin depth and surface resistance theory. Shows surface resistance measurement system and make a measuring instrument. Measurement system is four-point probe method instrument. Try to measured resistivity value Au, Pt, and NbN thin film.Therefore. I study measurement system and resistivity.
