Abstract

Relativism of morality has won greater persuasive force because of the diversification of values in the contemporary world. Is it impossible to unify the moral concepts and to expect progress the morality? We can find the studies which push forward the unification of them in terms of neuroscience. Among them, this paper considers the study of P. M. Churchland and explore the possibility of the unification and progressions of morality. In addition, this article argues about the problem of Churchland's paper by examining the concept of 'convergence of morality' in reference to Williams' claim.
