We have developed the creating and manufacturing contents for elementary school students to convey the attractiveness of mechanical engineering. In last year, we have developed the content related to fluid dynamics. The participants made a special model glider which was like "winged seed". In this year, we have developed the content using shape memory alloy. We demonstrated the unique properties of the shape memory alloy and then the participants made the strap of the shape memory alloy in the content.

To educate students about mechanical property of material, we updated a content of practical work. Students learn material mechanics by three points bend of simple beams, and experience to take an idea into a product by making their own model bridge. We used extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam as material. Elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the foam was respectively 20 N/mm2 and 0.37 as obtained via tensile tests. It is also revealed that the foam is not strictly isotropic. In the practical work, the relationship between fracture strength of a XPS bridge in three points bend and its shape was discussed for each student's bridge. Based on its questionnaire results, we consider that most students did it with enjoyment.

This paper shows a construction and operations of high performance computing servers. The servers which introduced in 2013 were funded in a revised national budget. This server system contains computing servers which contain many-core processors, a general purpose server which has very large scale memory, and a high speed file server. They are connected by 1 or 10 Gbps high speed networks. This server system can provide very effective computational environment, and is very useful for research and education.

In the language arts of Kisarazu National College of Technology, we've created this charming community space. The first is a book cafe called Star Books, the other one, is an activity of the narrated fairy tale. In both activities, we aimed at great good place making. We, as well as to introduce towards the society this activity, towards the cozy place making, to discuss further development.

There was a great response in G. Hardin's famous paper 'The Tragedy of Commons' in 1968. He argued in this paper that in England commons may destroy the environment of the area totally. He wanted to claim in this that population explosion was the big problem on the earth. Many people approved of him, but it was his big weak point that he didn't know the real commons in English history because he was not a historian. Many historians thought that before the enclosure, English people kept commons in the customs of village for the long history. Some historians also said that enclosure destroyed the stable system of the commons in England in 18 and 19 century. Very famous modern English historian, E. P. Thompson thought that Hardin insulted the popular culture and the tradition of co-operation in England. Conversely, some historians agreed Hardin's opinion. They thought that commons didn't lead the good results to agriculture. Hardin was constantly concerned about overpopulation in this world. Though there are a lot of criticism in his discussion, Hardin asserted that the tragedy of commons would be the big problem for the future. It is much to learn from his assertion.

Relativism of morality has won greater persuasive force because of the diversification of values in the contemporary world. Is it impossible to unify the moral concepts and to expect progress the morality? We can find the studies which push forward the unification of them in terms of neuroscience. Among them, this paper considers the study of P. M. Churchland and explore the possibility of the unification and progressions of morality. In addition, this article argues about the problem of Churchland's paper by examining the concept of 'convergence of morality' in reference to Williams' claim.

The author has proposed and developed computer programs which make it possible to analyze English corpus and to make word lists from those corpus. The purposes of this study were to develop a new computer program that measures the range of words used in different types of corpus, to improve the computer programs, which had been developed in the earlier study, in order to deal with corpus with part-of-speech (POS) tags and to measure the processing time to judge whether these programs were useful or not. In this study, two kinds of RANGE program were newly developed and six programs of the previous study were revised. Five programs out of six could be considered to be useful, however, one program was not sufficient and needed to take some measures.

This paper aims to report on the results of a student attitude survey for English vocabulary learning. To increase the size of their vocabulary, all students at National Institute of Technology, Kisarazu College (Kisarazu Kosen) are using "COCET2600" as a learning material. As it is difficult to teach vocabulary effectively in a lesson environment, students have to learn by themselves outside of the classroom. Although a few students can use "COCET2600" effectively by themselves, the majority of the students cannot use it in an effective way. Therefore, the author conducted a survey of students on vocabulary learning using "COCET2600". From the results of the questionnaire survey, the author will indicate the following three points; (1) students attitude toward vocabulary learning, (2) effectiveness of using "COCET2600" by students, (3) differences of awareness and learning forvocabulary leaning in lower grade students and upper grade students.

The purpose of this study was to clarify how the learners' mood can be changed after 90-minute practicing an experience-based yoga program in a physical education class. The participants were 37 fifth graders at National Institute of Technology, Kisarazu College. Analysis of the changes in psychological state was carried out by using Two-dimensional Mood Scale-Short Term. Also, free description questionnaire was performed about the following items: "experience of the yoga", "impression of the yoga" and "mood state" before and after exercise program.
As a result, it was suggested that this program could improve the participants' psychological state. And then, it was thought that such an experience-based yoga program would be effective to enhance their motivation for learning.

In order to preserve such local cultural assets, I propose to utilize the assets for local history education in elementary and secondary schools. In addition, preparing the teaching material for the education through curriculums in college of technology is also proposed for regional contribution.

It is self-abnegation that one plays the different person image with oneself true in expectation of another person, and could be a big stressor. Thereupon selection measures not to feel stress were discussed. The said process consists of two phases. At first, a counsellor gets a real reason for applying out of a client student by repeating a question which strip off poor dramatization. In the next phase, the counsellor and the student argue for the scenario which balances the real reason for applying with the person image which the company demands. Through this process, the student integrates a prospective person image with true self from the company. At the same time, the student learns how to find a higher answer to be compatible with both of two matters to be opposed.

The aim of this report is to describe a practice of supporting students' English vocabulary learning in National Institute of Technology, Kisarazu College in the financial year 2015. The practice tries to alter students' learning from temporary learning to continuous or repeated learning. A survey is carried out in order to find students' changes of their perceptions about vocabulary learning through the practice. Quantitative text analysis by KH Coder discovers that the students try to learn vocabularies repeatedly with various kinds of learning methodology. The analysis also finds that the students have noticed knowledge connections between English vocabulary learning and contents of other subjects.
