Abstract

Effects of nitrate concentration in hydroponic cultured Komatuna on the Spectral variations of the Laser-Induced Fluorescence (LIF), and on the Green Meter value (GM) were experimentally examined. NO3- in Komatsuna and GM was not likely related. LIF spectra intensity ratio at 740nm to 685nm (F740/F685), at 740nm to 530nm (F740/F530) and at 685nm to 530nm (F680/F530) increased with NO3- contained in Komatsuna. Especially F740/F650 was related to NO3- strongly (R2=0.806).
