Abstract
Though the superplasticity, new field of plasticity, has young carrier of about 15 years, the remarkable efforts were made recently for the research and development of this study, and various parts were manufactured by the virtue of superplastic forming. The outline of this term are explained here in accordance with the few main reports concerning the superplastic theory and technics.
