抄録
Funaria microstoma Schimp. is newly added to the moss flora of Japan. The species is closely related to
F. falvicans. Michx., but differs in having acute leaves and excurrent exostome trabeculae. It was
found on sandy soil in western Japan. Description （in Japanese） and illustrations of the species are given.
