The statistical theory obtained previosly for isolated linear disaipative systems is generalized to the case of systems being in contact with heat-and mass-resorooirs. When this generalized theory is applied to the Lorentz theory of electrons in metals. The well-known Nyqust formula for the spontaneous current fluctuations is obtained.
