In this paper, we treat internal energy of a BaTiO3 crystal in ferroclectric type, and next the energy when we assume the crystal would take either antiferroelectric type of a checher-board or stripes. We also get anisotropic energy quantitatively for a crystal at room temperature. In this calculation, thickness of a 180° type domain boundary, is not recognized, that is, we see quite abrupt change of polarization from one domain to the next one, if we assume only Ti ion could be displaced. When we grent both Ti and Oa ions can be moved, the thickness of a domain boundary becomes two lattices at room temperature.
