An autopsy case of a huge retroperitoneal liposarcoma of myxolipofibromatous type in a 51 year old Japanese female was reported.
In a survey of the Japanese literature during the last 50 year period 10 lipomatous retroperitoneal tumors were found, 2 of which malignant.
