As outlined above, the author has used many kinds of anticarcinomatous preparations in his clinical experiences, and has been led to conclude that at present, nitromin and its derivatives are most efficacious in fighting cancer. In particular, they are fairly effective in destroying cancer celle in the course of dissemination, though they may be almost powerless against solid tumors.
Tuus, just as streptmycin is strongly effective against milliary tuberculosis, despite its inefficacy against chronic pulmonary tuberculosis forming cavities, the the drugs of the nitromin family may stand in some analogous situation. The author concludes that after-therapy of surgical exstirpation of cancer using nitromin and its derivatives might be of high importance in the future.
