156. マウスのメチールコラントレン腫瘍形成に及ぼす Na glucuronate の影響 (予報)

抄録

Effect of Na glucuronate on the development of subcutaneous methylcholanthrene-tumor was examined in a series of experiments employing mice and rats. The development of tumors was found in the experimental group about 4-6 weeks later than in control group. It was confirmed, on the other hand, that the ingestion of Na glucuronate did not suppress the growth of transplanted tumors. The examination of the effect on the development of the azodye hepatoma is in progress.
