Abstract
In recent years, we are anxious about whether the young person's communication skills in face-to-face situation decrease by an increase in the use of the Internet tool for communications associated with the development of information and communication technology. Then, we pick up four internet tools and set up the following theoretical hypothesis; even if the use of the tool increases, the skills don't decrease enough to adversely affect quality of life (QOL). It was investigated and analyzed statistically based on cross-sectional surveys of university students in the information sciences, and the hypothesis was analyzed by the structural equation model. As a result, it was verified that the adverse effect that the use of the tool caused for the skills was very small.
