Abstract
Recently, with increased running cost of administrative property and public awareness diversity as background, attempting management and utilization of public space by coproduction in built up area. Researches on unused publicly land by road contract were conducted to investigation and analysis.1) understanding of the actual conditions of Adopt-program, 2) understanding opinion to management and utilization of unused publicly land by Adopt-program, 3) clarification of the actual conditions of the characteristic of unused publicly land and the management use situation, 4) area’s characteristic and distribution tendency of unused publicly land , We propose management policy of Adopt-program for management and utilization of unused publicly land by residents use.
