Social Capital (SC), which regards social network as capital is currently gaining more attention as one of the important indicators to evaluate regional capital. In this research, survey was conducted by Resource Generator (RG) in Tateyama City. RG enables us to ask respondents whether anyone who is around him or her can help in daily normal situations or emergencies with 30 questions. The survey clarified that SC in Tateyama city depends on not only demographic factors like gender, age, residence status and number of family members but also experience of moving out. People who did return migration has stronger SC than other people. Also, statistical difference was slightly observed between each area in the city.
