Abstract
Two questionnaire surveys were conducted at Echizen, Fukui, Japan, where a re-introduction project has been implementing and Japanese White Storks had released in October 2015. It was premised that the citizen's actual voice had appeared on the text written in the free response form of the questionnaire, and was tried to classify several mass after sectioning text. As results, the description about pros and cons was in three categories "approval / support", "disagree / disapproval", "indifference", and for the subjects was in four categories, "problems pointed out", " recognition of problems", "knowledge about problems", “attitudes forward problems”, could be categorized respectively. Through this method, it was clarified that the distribution of citizen’s thoughts regarding the re-introduction project, which can be identified by quantitative data, is different in comparison with quantitative analysis.
