Preliminary Study on grasping of discussion structure in the committee of public decision making processes

Abstract

In this study, the author examined the applicability of conversation analysis for grasping the structure of discussion to the minutes of the public decision making processes. Specifically, visualizing the response relationship between attributes by a network graph, and applying the conversation analysis method to characteristic relationship. As a result, the difference in the development of the argument was observed, and it was possible to show the effectiveness of applying the analysis method to the discussion of the public decision making processes.
