Abstract

In this study, we evaluated the outputs (OPs) and compared outcomes (OCs) which are the effects of changes in society and human awareness, of the " Kinoeki Project " activity and local currency project as well as the models produced by the environmental and social value structure of the two districts. First, we created a flow diagram of resources and the economy to visualize the OPs. Second, we analyzed the paths by analyzing the covariance structure to create a common model for the long-term OC effects on the local community generated from the short-term OC effects on individuals, local environment, and local currency in the two districts, based on questionnaire surveys of " Kinoeki Project " members and stores handling local currency. The intensities of the influence from the OC effect of local currency to the long-term OC effect differed between the two districts for Kinoeki Project members.
