Study on Test Method of Passability to Narrow Space for Soft-Consistency Concrete

Abstract

Recently, reinforced concrete members with densely arranged bars have become popular for the purpose of improving seismic performance. However, test method for passability to narrow space of soft-consistency concrete is not widely used. Therefore, examined the applicability of existing test method and its improved method, proposed a new test method, and examined its applicability using a prototype test apparatus.
