Abstract
About this inyocardial phosphatide reaction (CPR) the following examinations were performed. 1) Relation to serological reaction in syphilis: If the inyocardial phosphatide was purifid, both reactions had not intimate relations. 2) Relation to proteids quantity in blood-plasma : Both had not intimate relations. 3) Relation to red cell sedimentation rate: Many persons, who had quick sedimentation, had tendency to produce the positive reaction in CPR. 4) Relation to Takada's reaction: This reaction coincided with CPR(43%). 5) Component of the myocardial phosphatide: It had not cholesterol, proteids and aminoacids. If this material was hydrolysed, the Molisch's reaction was positive. 6) Euglobulin concentration : Three times dilution of euglobulin was properest. 7) Question of racespeciality : It was not recognised.
