Abstract
Rabbits were sensitized with the mixture of diphtheria toxin or anatoxin and rabbit-heart-muscle-phosphatide. After reinjection with the same antigen, their organs, especially heart were investigated histologically. Great degenerative change of myocardium and some pericapillaritis in epicardium were found, and electrocardiogram showed myocardial damage. Without heart-muscle-phosphatide, not so severely changed.
