Concerning the mutation of skincapillaries caused by the resection of carotidgland. For the purpose of reserching the relation between Carotidgland and vegetative nervous system, the author has made studies of skin-capillarskopic findings on the case of the following disease about the alteration by the resection of carotidgland. The results were as follows :- 1) Asthma bronchial : According to the classification of Iwanaga and Sugiura, in the 1st type was it found that the width of legs, width of loop were retrenched and got near to the healthy adults' results, and these alterations were remarkable by the resection of a one side carotidgland, but a greater difference could not be found by resection of both side. In the 2nd type, the variation of skincapillaries, caused by ressection of carotidgland, were very little. In the 3rd type, the width of legs, width of loop were recognized a close resemblance to the healthy adults' results, and the variation was not remarkable after one side resection, but became evident at the first time after both side resection. 2) Raynoud's disease : The singularity of skin-capillaries of this disease kept for a little while a tendency, approximate te the healthy adults' by the resection of carotidgland. 3) Rheumatoid Polyarthritis : The variation by the resection of Carotidgland was not found. Regarding the mutation, on the case of resection of Carotidgland, caused by the application of vegetative nervous poisons, warm and cold pressure test. 1) Asthma bronchial: In the 1st typs was it found that before the operation, was the variation by vegetative nervous poisons very mild, and the alteration by the resection of one side carotidgland was remarkable and got near to the healthy adults' results, but a greater difference could not be found by resection of both side. In the 2nd type was it found that the variation, which was mild by adrenalin, remarkable by atropin, before the operation, had not a change by resection of carotidgland. In the 3rd type, the variation, which was before the operation remarkable by adrenalin, mild by atropin, was recognized a close resemblance to the healthy adults' results at the first time after both side resection. 2) Reynaud's disease : The reverse reaction by vegetative nervous poisons disappeared after the resection of carotidgland. 3) Rheumatoid Polyarthritis : The variation by the resection of carotidgland got near to the healthy adults' results. 4) The mutation caused by the warm and cold pressure test on Reynaud's disease approximate to the healthyadults' by the resection of carotidgland. Concerning allergic disease and skin capillaries, and the mutation caused by vegetative nervous poisons. I have made statistic studies of skin-capillars-copic findings in comparing the data obtained on the 108 cases of allergic disease with those of the 110 healthy adults. The result showed : There were many cases having the finding of abnormal type of Muller, in the case of allergic disease, that is, in the healthy adults found it that 80 cases (73%) were normal type and 30 cases (27%) were abnormal type, but in allergic disease, 32 cases (30%) were normal type and 75 cases (70%) were abnormal type. According to the classification of the author, asthma bronchial and rheumatoid myocarditis have a majority in A type, Unticaria command a majority in B type and rheumatoid diathese have a majority in C type. About the operation of vegetative nervous poisons, I found that very remarkable alteration was seen by the use of atropin and the alteration by the use of adrenalin and pilocarpin was mild but the recovery was very sluggish. Regarding the mutation, on the case of tuber-culosis, caused by the application of vegetative nervous poisons. The study was made to reserch the change of Capillaries, affected with vegetative nervous poisons applied on tuberculosis. The result showed :
