Abstract
Conventional education for information security mainly focused on making students understand “what is prohibited.” This study aims at providing a hint for superior education by using Business Origami, a tool for service design, so that students can acquire sufficient information literacy though active interaction. In this study, a facilitator and participants created and shared the stakeholder charts of illegal mobile sites, which enabled them to become aware of the many possible leakage routes of personal information. This study proved the validity of developing stakeholder charts with the use of Business Origami and this tool could effectively facilitate the literacy acquisition process in the education program.
