児童期の援助要請研究に関するスコーピングレビュー――2002～2021年の研究動向――

Abstract

本研究の目的は児童期の援助要請研究を展望することである。研究疑問は「小学生の援助要請の生起過程における関連要因（影響要因）は何か」「どのような援助要請の測定の構成要素が扱われているか」「援助要請の結果として明らかになっていること（結果要因）は何か」であった。2002年から2021年における220件の研究から，適格基準に合う15件が抽出された。スコーピングレビューの結果，すべての研究が援助要請の影響要因である促進・抑制要因を検討していたが，結果要因である援助要請の結果に関する研究は少数であった。援助要請の測定特性の特徴については，援助要請行動の量的側面（過去4週間の行動頻度など），援助要請意図／意志のほうが援助要請態度，認知，行動の質的側面（スキル，スタイル）よりも多く検討されていた。児童期における過去の援助資源利用経験の要因と援助要請の関連の検討，援助要請態度，認知，行動の質的側面の特徴，援助要請の結果という3つの未解決の課題（リサーチギャップ）が議論された。

Translated Abstract

The purpose of this study was to review studies on help-seeking in childhood. The research questions were: (1) what promoting or inhibiting factors are present before the occurrence of help-seeking behavior, (2) what are the characteristics of help-seeking measurement properties, and (3) what is revealed in the outcomes of help-seeking. In 220 studies published between 2002 and 2021, 15 articles that met the eligibility criteria were selected. As a result of a scoping review, all studies aimed to examine the promoting or inhibiting factors on help-seeking, named “influencing process,” although there were a few studies which focused on the outcomes, named “outcome process.” In the characteristics of help-seeking measurement properties, quantitative aspects of help-seeking behavior such as frequency past four weeks and help-seeking intentions/willingness were more closely examined than quality aspects of help-seeking attitudes, cognition, and behaviors such as skills or styles. Three unresolved parts (“gaps”) were discussed: necessary of examination between past service use factors and help-seeking, characteristics about help-seeking attitudes, cognitions, and quality aspects of behaviors, and outcomes of help-seeking in childhood.
