抄録

1. N-Methyl-16-aza-des-N-morphinan is an isomer of N-methylmorphinan in which the nitrogen has shifted from 17- to 16-position in its structure. 2. N-Methyl-16-aza-des-N-morphinan was synthesized by the rearrangement of N-methyl-4-benzyl-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8-octahydroisoquinoline.
