Abstract

While the interest of citizens asked to risk to the urban disasters such as a house of collapse and fire by the earthquake, not progressed actually measures. For this reason, consider the disaster risk faced by the region throughout the region, support for community development activities of community participation is required in order to improve disaster prevention force in the region.. Then, a result of the determination, the value of which item in Minatonishi area is high wooden building coverage area became larger but was smaller error between the details expression. . In this study, with the goal of enhancing the simple formula accuracy of which can be utilized also the first scholar with improved detail type, focused on the difference of the wooden building coverage of the study area, the cause of the error of detail expressions and simple expressions of judgment result reveal.
