Abstract
This study aims at revealing the changing shipboard scenes in urban river and how people view. In order to know the dynamic viewing, testees were equipped with wearable cameras and another camera was fixed on the ship. By using the VTR taken by cameras, eye fixation features were analyzed. The results are shown as follows. (1) Testees are divided into two types, active type and inactive type respectively. The viewings of shipboard scenes are divided into 2 types, viewing along the bank and viewing along the river. (2) Simple correlations were revealed in distance from viewing objects, elevation angle and horizontal apparent angle. (3) In certain domains, viewing along the bank and viewing along the river are mixed, where time for viewing along the river by testees becomes short. Therefore, it is observed that two types of viewing influence other.
