Abstract
This study aims to validity verification the support system which was carried out for the restoration of house damaged by 2018 Osaka earthquake.
Most of the houses damaged by the 2018 Osaka earthquake were partially damaged, but there was a significant effort to restore the houses. The government support is limited to the total or harf destruction of the house and not to the partially damaged houses. For this reason, cities provided their own support. The support system was different Ibaraki City and others from Takatsuki City and others, whether to consider income in determining the target of support.
As a result of analysis by a questionnaire survey conducted by Ibaraki City, the city's support measures with income restrictions and high support amounts were generally appropriate.
In addition, I consider that support for damage from natural disasters should be provided over a wide area, and it is not desirable that there are differences among cities.
