New trends in NanoBio-Sensing

Abstract

Herein presented is an overview of the current trend and future perspective of biosensors and the related fields that show rapid advancement as fusion technologies between micro-/nanoelectronics and medicine/biology. Particular attention has been paid to current effort to develop new biosensing principles exploiting a variety of nano-structures and attempts of bio-transistors providing a label-free electrical biosensing platform.
