Abstract
The development of intelligent drug delivery systems(DDS)is essential to the establishment of the advanced medicine including the treatment of intractable diseases, molecular therapy using plasmid DNA and siRNA, regenerative medicine and non-invasive diagnosis and surgical treatment, although several DDS have been approved for clinical use.
In this paper, we review the current state and future prospects of intelligent DDS.
