抄録

In order to improve the surface properties of mechanical components, metallic molds and cutting tools, we have developed a new surface origination technique named fine particle bombarding (FPB). This FPB method have high convenience, energy-saving and low environmentally burdensome. Therefor, FPB is used as a fundamental technology in all parts of the manufacturing process and use of FPB is bound to increase. In this paper, the outline of FPB method is described, and some applied results are also reported.
