We examine the optimal location for transport hubs of local bus routes and the last mile transportation system, focusing on local life and local convenience. In addition, considering the case where Michi-no-Eki are placed at transport hubs of local bus routes and pick-up and drop-off services, we constructed an optimal location problem for the Michi-no-Eki and establish a flow for selecting the location with the greatest social surplus. As a result of applying the completed model to a vacant public transportation area in a regional city, a mesh with a small distance of extended bus routes was selected.
