Abstract

With the growth of international trade and the constant expansion of port scale, channel gradually becomes the bottleneck to restrict the increase of port efficiency in the port development. Channel, as part of the whole port and channel operating system, has many factors influencing its transit capacity which is difficult to calculate. Under the premise of the analysis of a number of factors, this paper uses Arena simulation software to simulate transport ship sailing operation systems in coastal container port. And this paper obtains that the influence relation between single-channel transit capacity and shipping navigation duration is exponential distribution, and the greater the AWT/AST value is, the higher degree of curve-fitting will be; shipping navigation duration has no effect on double-channel transit capacity.
