Charged carrier mobilities of the photopolymerized tfiphenylene films were evaluated by the Time-of-Fright (TOF) method. The triphenylene derivatives are known to show fast carrier mobilities (>10-3cm2/Vs) in columnar phases. In this study, the carrier mobilities of triphenylene films photopolymerized at discotic nematic phase were measured to reveal. Those films gave the comparable carrier mobiltries with the columnar phases. The results of carier mobility measurements for the photopolymerized films prepared under several different conditions will be described.
