1A11 ネマティック液晶を用いた流動性微粒子ディスプレイセルの挙動評価(ディスプレイ)

抄録

We are investigating a Mobile Fine Particle Display with liquid crystal (MFPD). The group of fine particles, dispersed within the nematic LC, is controlled by the applied electric field for obtaining optical changes in MFPD cell. In this paper, we propose new evaluation method for behavior of fine particles in the MFPD cell using image data processing, of which program is made by us with Visual Basic, on the computer. Some kinds of fine particles with MFPD cells are evaluated by this method.
