PA33 コロナ放電下における液晶自己保持膜の変形挙動(物理・物性)

抄録

We have observed a mechanical oscillation of a freely suspended liquid crystal film induced by DC electric field in the geometry of corona-poling technique. The dynamics of the oscillation were controlled by the electric field. The threshold voltage and frequency of the oscillation is dependent on the experimental conditions. We consider that this new phenomenon can be useful for the simulation of the processes in nonlinear stochastic oscillatory phenomena.
