The cubic phase of 3, 4, 5-tris (n-alkoxy) benzohidrazides (TABH-n) with n=5, 10, and 14 was examined. The dynamic viscoelastic measurements indicated that the value of the storage modulus is as high as 10^6 Pa, reflecting a three-dimensional network structure, whereas the infrared studies revealed that the states of the hydrogen-bonded NH_2 and alkoxy methylene groups are almost identical with those of the isotropic liquid phase, respectively.
