PC03 双安定カイラルネマティック液晶デバイスに関する研究(ディスプレイ)

抄録

Bistable nematic (BiNem) using 0° and 180° twisted textures switched by anchoring breaking will be demonstrated. In simulation, we studied the dynamic responce driven by an electric field. It is shown that the polar anchoring strength are important parameters. To find an appropriate anchoring condition, various kind of cells with alighment films and liquid crystals will be investigated exprimentally.
