PD09 光ピックアップ用液晶収差補正素子の設計と作製(フォトニクス・光デバイス)

抄録

Liquid crystal devices can be applied not only to a display device but also to a wavefront control device. In this paper, we report design and production of aberration correction devices using Liquid Crystal DVD-blue applications. This device can correct a Coma aberration (aberration) and a spherical aberration with only one liquid crystal device. And this device has the resistance slope of the transparency electrode segment electrodes.
