It has been recently reported that many interesting phenomena occur when mixing twin compounds with its analogous monomer which both exhibit liquid crystal phases [1-6]. For instance, the interlayer spacing of the smectic phase change systematically with the mixing ratio of the two compounds. To investigate the dynamics of binary mixture composed by two substance with different length, we conduct molecular dynamics simulations. Especially we pay attention to the effect of the mixing ratio of the two compounds.
