We synthesized macroscopically aligned helical polyacetylene (PA) in chiral nematic liquid crystal (N^*-LC) reaction field, with external magnetic field (H=5T). We also examined orientation behaviour of N^* LCs under magnetic field using polarizing optical microscope.
