Recently, the microwave and millimeter wave devices using liquid crystal materials are reported actively. However, relation between dielectric characteristics of liquid crystals and their molecular structure have not been studied. Therefore , we studied the influence on the microwave dielectric characteristics of the liquid crystal components of various molecular structures.
