A behavior of helical structure in the SmC* phase is attractive for understanding the interaction between an electric field and the spontaneous polarization and/or dielectric anisotropy. We have been already reported the static distribution of molecular orientation under an application of electric field. In this paper, the dynamics of the helical structure is investigated by a computer simulation and further an experiment of conoscopic observation.
