We have investigated the swollen behavior of perfluorinated liquid crystal systems by dilution of the perfluorinated oil. Nevertheless the perfluorinated oil enhances the micro phase segregation, we have found nematic phase in the vicinity of the isotropic to lamellar (Smectic-A) phase transition. Dispersion relation of the orienational fluctuation in the nematic phase obeys the square q dependence by dynamic light scattering. In the isotropic phase, finite small angle X-ray diffraction is detected which strongly indicate the existence of the molecular aggregates such as micelles or sponge phase in lyotropic liquid crystals. It is more interesting that we have found the pretransitional order parameter fluctuation in the vicinity of the I-N phase transition as usual weak first order I-N phase transition in thermotropic systems.
